1. Best Publications from the Eastern Region
We invite published manuscripts (from Jan 2024 onwards) in the field of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery from teams across North East and Eastern India. Selected abstracts will be featured in the conference brochure, Newsletter of ATCVSWB.
The Top 3 publications will be awarded during the conference.
Eligibility:
- Publication must be from Jan 2024 onwards
- The first, corresponding, or last author must be affiliated with an institution based in this region.
2. Oral Presentation
We invite submissions of original research, preferably case-control or cohort studies.
Note:
- Case reports are best suited for poster presentation.
- However, complex surgical techniques or unique intraoperative innovations may be considered for oral presentation.
- Submissions not deemed suitable for oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentation.
The Top 3 oral presentations will be recognized with prizes.
Submit your abstract for consideration within 350 words- DO NOT EXCEED THE WORD LIMIT.
3. Poster Presentation
We welcome scientific posters showcasing original research, case reports, or innovative techniques in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.
The Top 3 posters will be selected and awarded during the conference.
- All posters will be displayed in the main hall, and must be presented by an author during the designated poster session.
